What sets me apart?
I am a photographer, but I’ve also spent the last decade working to serve the Idaho community in other capacities especially in health and wellness. I know that it’s all connected. Regardless of my role, my goal has always been to take care of the community, improve access, and give the best experience possible.
I am an Idaho girlie and I care deeply about this land and the community. I’m a Leave No Trace girlie, an Acknowledge Native Land girlie, an All Love is Love girlie, and an All Are Welcome Here girlie. I am a girlie who is committed to educating myself and growing so that I can continue to serve this land and it’s people the best I can. So I can serve YOU the best I can.
I am bilingual and speak English and Spanish. I have spent the last 10 years learning and expanding my linguistic and cultural knowledge so that I can better serve the Spanish speaking and bilingual community. I understand that members of your family and maybe your partner may have differing relationships with language. You don’t want language barriers to limit your connection and neither do I. I want to bring you closer together and document that connection so that you have it forever. I am also a certified officiant and if you choose to elope, I can offer officiant services at your ceremony in both Spanish and English.
I am a traveler. I have learned so much about myself and the world from exploring corners that looks nothing like the one I come from. I am passionate about creating and documenting experiences that highlight this experience of travel as well as the connection between you and your partner as you wander the globe together, creating memories that you’ll want to revisit over and over again.
I am a photographer but I am also a multifaceted human being. I recognize that you and your story are too. So that’s always where we begin and where we return. Human centered care and connection. Experiences and photographs that reflect it.
In all aspects of my life I strive to understand the individuals around me as best I can. To listen. To care. And as a photographer, to tell their stories in a way that honors every part of them. Not all parts are perfect -but it is not perfection that makes life meaningful. It is connection. Every part of your story is worthy. And if you’ll do me the honor, I’d love to tell yours.
